Live Different.

A community for those of us exploring
the space between the Church and culture.

The purpose of life is not to be happy.  It is to be useful, to be honourable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived, and lived well.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.

Gandhi

Spread love everywhere you go.  Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier.

Mother Teresa

redcarpetlife™ Manifesto.

Red Carpet Life is a movement of people that believe true significance is found not in demanding the spotlight for yourself, but in being a spotlight for other people.

We are here to serve, not be served.

We believe red—a color that represents power, passion, significance and boldness—exists inside each and every person. We could spend our whole lives striving to be in the spotlight ourselves, or we could lend our red to the world to help color the lives of the lost, lonely, hurting and broken.

We believe every person is a uniquely woven strand of fabric in the big picture carpet of life. We could stand alone, selfishly living only for ourselves, or we can stand in community, united, braided together in connectedness for the greater purpose. We believe it is only in and through our collective unity that we are truly able to expand our reach as we lay ourselves down for other people.

We believe life is a style—to live in such a way that what we care about most is expressed in the way we talk, walk, how we spend our time, and where we invest our heart. We believe putting love into action is the greatest way to “fashion” our lives because this is our lifestyle.

We are #RedCarpetLife—a community for those putting love into action.

We are ordinary, everyday people serving our communities, giving spotlight to love in action, and redefining what it means to live significant and extraordinary lives.

Welcome to redcarpetlife.
